Vietnam visa requirement for citizens of South Korea

Based on the regulations of Vietnam immigration, citizens of South Korea currently residing in this country or in other countries with a valid passport of at least 6 months after the date of arrival are included in the list of exempt Vietnamese visas for stays of no less than 14 days in Vietnam and once entry/exit. However, if you want to stay in Vietnam for more than 14 days, you are required for Vietnam visa.

We also note that after the first visa exemption, you must wait at least 01 month for the next visa exemption period. You must apply for a Vietnamese visa if this distance is less than one month for your next entry into Vietnam after your first visa exemption.

To obtain Vietnam visa on arrival, you just need to finish the following simple steps:

• Visit our page at https://www.onlinevisavietnam.org/apply-vietnam-visa.html and fill your information in the visa application form.
• Pay service fee by following our instructions.
• Receive the approval letter by email and print it out.
• Show this letter, your passport, 2 passport-size photos to Immigration officer when you arrive at Vietnam international airports (Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang) then pay the stamping fee so that you can get the stamped visa immediately.

Notes:

• Your passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival and blank pages left for new stamps.
• Visa on arrival is only applicable for people traveling by air.
• Our service fee doesn’t include the stamping fee which you have to pay for getting Vietnam visa stamped when landing Vietnam international airports.
• There are multiple Vietnam international airports where you can get your Vietnam visa stamped, including Noi Bai airport in Ha Noi, Tan Son Nhat airport in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang airport in Da Nang and Cam Ranh airport in Khanh Hoa.
